We’re Hiring: Head Barista \| Specialty Coffee & Beverage Innovation
Are you passionate about coffee, creativity, and crafting unforgettable beverage experiences?
We are looking for an experienced and innovative Head Barista to lead our coffee program and elevate our café beverage culture.
What We’re Looking For
Strong experience in specialty coffee and Beverage innovations
Expertise in coffee brewing techniques, latte art, and bean knowledge
Creative mindset with experience in beverage innovation and seasonal menu development
Knowledge in mixology, signature mocktails, and fusion beverage concepts
Ability to create unique customer experiences through presentation and flavor pairing
Experience in team leadership, barista training, and maintaining quality standards
Knowledge of inventory management, hygiene, and operational efficiency
Passion for trends, experimentation, and continuous improvement
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage daily bar operations
Develop innovative coffee and non-coffee beverage menus
Create signature drinks and mixology-inspired café beverages
Train and mentor barista team members
Ensure consistency, quality, and customer satisfaction
Collaborate with management on brand growth and café concepts
