About HAAS

  • HAAS is a premium specialty coffee brand focused on specialty coffee, design, lifestyle, community, art, and experience.
  • We are looking for a very strong, creative, fast, and detail oriented person who understands how to build a powerful brand image on social media.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage HAAS social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, and other relevant platforms.
  • Create weekly and monthly content calendars.
  • Plan daily content ideas for stories, reels, posts, and campaigns.
  • Write attractive captions that match the HAAS brand tone.
  • Follow social media trends and apply the suitable ones in a premium way.
  • Monitor account performance and suggest improvements.
  • Reply to comments and messages when required in a professional brand tone.
  • Shoot high quality photos and videos of coffee, desserts, food, interiors, staff, customers, events, and campaigns.
  • Create daily visual content that reflects the premium image of HAAS.
  • Film reels, TikToks, stories, product videos, behind the scenes content, and campaign videos.
  • Choose the right angles, lighting, movements, and details.
  • Ensure all content looks clean, elegant, modern, and not basic.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in social media management, content creation, photography, videography, editing, and campaign planning.
  • Previous experience in coffee, restaurants, hospitality, lifestyle, fashion, or premium brands is preferred.
  • Excellent taste and strong attention to details, angles, lighting, colors, and visual identity.
  • Excellent knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, reels, stories, and current social media trends.
  • Ability to shoot using a professional camera or high quality phone.
  • Strong editing skills using CapCut, Lightroom, Photoshop, Canva, Adobe Premiere, or similar tools.
  • Ability to create content quickly while maintaining high quality.
  • Creative, proactive, and does not wait for instructions only.
  • Organized and able to follow a content calendar.
  • Strong understanding of premium, minimal, elegant brand direction.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Arabic and English are a plus.

  • The candidate must send a portfolio including social media accounts previously managed, photography samples, video and reels samples, campaigns created or participated in, and before and after editing samples if available.
