We are looking for a passionate and experienced Breakfast Head Chef to lead our morning and whole day kitchen operations and elevate our breakfast experience to the next level.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage breakfast kitchen operations
Design and innovate high-quality breakfast menus
Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation standards
Manage kitchen team, training, and scheduling
Maintain hygiene and food safety standards
Requirements
Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef (Breakfast / All-Day Dining)
Strong expertise in continental, healthy, and modern breakfast concepts
Leadership and team management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Creative mindset with attention to detail
