We’re Hiring \| Café Pastry Head Chef
We are seeking a talented and creative Pastry Head Chef with strong experience in both Arabic and European desserts to lead our pastry kitchen and bring innovation, quality, and excellence to our café concept.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the pastry and bakery operations
Create and develop premium Arabic & European dessert menus
Ensure high standards in taste, presentation, and consistency
Manage food cost, production planning, and inventory
Train and supervise the pastry team
Maintain hygiene and food safety standards at all times
Requirements
Proven experience as Pastry Head Chef in cafés, hotels, or premium cafe
Strong expertise in Arabic desserts, European pastries, cakes, viennoiserie, and modern desserts
Creativity and innovation in menu development
Strong leadership and team management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-quality environment
