Role Overview
A healthy restaurant is hiring service-oriented Waiters and Waitresses.
The role focuses on creating memorable dining experiences in a fast-paced environment.
The position is based in Dubai and requires in-person work.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests with a warm and friendly attitude.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Serve food and drinks according to restaurant standards.
- Provide menu recommendations and answer guest inquiries.
- Deliver attentive and professional service to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and service standards.
- Work closely with the kitchen and bar team to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience as a waiter or waitress in a restaurant or café.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Positive attitude with a professional appearance.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Team player with strong attention to detail.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Additional languages, especially Arabic, are an advantage.
