Role Overview
Food Runner role at a premium healthy restaurant in Dubai.
The role focuses on prompt, accurate food delivery and exceptional guest service.
The successful candidate should be energetic, customer-focused, and able to work under pressure.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver food from the kitchen to guests while maintaining presentation and quality.
- Verify every order for accuracy before leaving the kitchen.
- Coordinate with chefs, servers, and managers for smooth service.
- Support front-of-house operations and the overall dining experience.
- Clear and reset tables when required.
- Keep service stations clean, organized, and stocked.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures.
- Handle guest requests professionally.
Requirements
- At least one year of experience as a Food Runner, Waiter, or similar restaurant professional.
- Healthy dining, café, or casual/fine dining experience is advantageous.
- Strong communication, teamwork, attention to detail, and sense of urgency are required.
- Good spoken English is required; Arabic is advantageous.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
