Role Overview
The company is seeking an experienced and passionate Restaurant Assistant Manager.
The role supports restaurant operations and front-of-house service in the UAE.
Requirements
- At least three years of restaurant operations experience is required.
- Strong knowledge of front-of-house operations and guest service is required.
- Leadership, team management, communication, and problem-solving skills are required.
- Experience with training, scheduling, inventory, and cost control is required.
- Candidates must be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- UAE restaurant experience is preferred, and Arabic language skills are advantageous.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Restaurant Manager with daily operations and lead and motivate the front-of-house team.
- Ensure excellent service and guest satisfaction.
- Monitor sales, upselling, and team performance.
- Maintain service, hygiene, and quality standards.
- Support inventory, food cost, and operational controls.
- Conduct staff training and follow up on employee performance.
