Role Overview
A restaurant is seeking a friendly, presentable, and customer-oriented Hostess to join its team.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet guests in a warm and professional manner.
- Manage reservations and guest seating.
- Coordinate with service staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Handle guest inquiries and basic customer service needs.
Requirements
- Previous hostess or customer service experience is preferred.
- Good communication skills in English are required, while Arabic is a plus.
- A presentable and well-groomed appearance is required.
- Candidates should have a friendly personality and strong customer service attitude.
- Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment is required.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 2,800 to AED 3,000 per month.
Workplace
