Job Responsibilities: Align with Digitilization and AI strategy of Personal Banking credit.
Plan roadmap, prioritize initiatives and projects based on impact, risk benefits and resources available.
Partner with business team in promoting the business agenda of digitization through projects launched by the business teams such as PL digitization etc.
Participate actively in working groups and update unit head of progress, risks, inputs to ensure these are appropriately highlighted in steerco meetings.
Provide support to other segments of credit in their digitization agenda and initiatives being taken for the benefit of the larger credit unit.
Take ownership of full lifecycle of initiatives from ideation, project planning, and implementation.
The AI inititiaves should support in driving the portfolio analytics highlighting portfolio risks and opportunities for business growth.
Work with risk teams for advanced AI driven models for lending.
