Responsibilities
- Develop business across diverse markets for private clients and family offices in the CIS segment
- Achieve superior sales revenues and AUMs above predetermined targets
- Manage a portfolio of UHNWI and HNWI clients, providing personalized services
- Acquire net new business via referrals, contacts, and marketing
- Proactively enhance private banking offerings by initiating and supporting internal processes
- Coordinate with other relationship managers and group offices globally for cross selling
- Assess prospects through due diligence including PEP, OFAC, AML, and KYC
- Provide investment advice and ultra high level of service 24/7
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Private Banker with a focus on UHNWI and HNWI clients
- Strong business development and hunting/farming capabilities
- Deep knowledge of private banking disciplines: banking, fiduciary, portfolio management
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage high profile client relationships and generate referrals

Job Purpose
- Develop business across diverse markets for private clients and family offices of UHNWI and HNWI in the CIS segment.
- Achieve superior sales revenues and AUMs above predetermined targets and increase FAB's market share.
- Provide clients with optimum service and full investment solutions.
Tasks
- Maintain and develop a client base of HNWI and UHNWI, providing excellent service to develop net new business.
- Manage specific projects end to end, including liaising with other group colleagues.
- Develop new business through own sources, existing connections, and introductions via the bank.
- Coordinate and promote prospects and business with other RMs and group coordinates globally.
- Promote cross selling between group branches/offices in the Gulf and globally for CIS segment.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with decision makers and turn them into referral sources.
- Initiate proactively solutions, sales, and market initiatives.
- Participate in product development and marketing.
- Solicit business primarily in private banking disciplines: banking, fiduciary, portfolio management, and derivatives.
- Develop new investment relationships and attract new CIS clients.
- Provide advice and ultra high level of solutions and service 24/7.
- Assess prospects with full vetting/due diligence including PEP, OFAC, AML, and KYC.
Job Context
- Successful Private Bankers should demonstrate hunting and farming capabilities to deliver AUMs and revenue streams.
- Measured by private banking industry criteria: AUMs and revenues.
- Via new relationships opened, transferred from within group, and existing relationships managed to increase wallet share.
