About the Role

- Train and coach store team to perform merchandising tasks and manage daily, weekly, and seasonal VP tasks
- Ensure brand identity and presentation standards are achieved consistently by creating eye catching displays
- Implement brand specific visual merchandising standards
- Coordinate store display in line with brand guidelines and strategy
- Develop floor plans and maximize visual impact
- Arrange merchandise, signage, fixtures, and in store layout guide
- Take photographs of every change in merchandise display
- Make use of creative lighting for windows
- Maximize placement of new lines and re merchandise store when new trends build
- Create layout of store according to categories
- Ensure proper merchandising of items
Requirements
- Experience in visual merchandising or related field
- Knowledge of brand standards and visual presentation

Position Objective
- Develop, deliver, and communicate visual concepts and promote the brand, products and services in store
- Train and coach the store team to perform merchant based VP and manage the daily, weekly and seasonal VP tasks
Key Responsibilities

Other Responsibilities
- Work closely with operations and brand management team to increase sales
- Work with VM Manager and sales team to achieve commercial goals
- Involve in pre opening of stores and timely visits to ensure brand standards are implemented
- Conduct research of current market trends and lifestyle
