About the Role
Apparel Group seeks an experienced Restaurant Manager in Abu Dhabi to oversee daily operations, lead a team of 15+ staff, drive sales growth, and ensure compliance with brand standards and regulations.

Responsibilities
- Oversee day to day restaurant operations to ensure smooth service during all shifts
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, hygiene, and customer service
- Handle guest feedback and complaints promptly to ensure resolution and retention
- Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality, HACCP, and brand SOPs
- Recruit, train, schedule, and motivate FOH and BOH teams of 15+ staff
- Conduct regular briefings, performance reviews, and coaching to meet KPIs
- Manage staff attendance, leave, and labor costs in line with budget
- Foster a positive, high performance culture with low turnover
- Drive sales growth and manage P&L, COGS, and controllable expenses
- Monitor daily sales, inventory, and wastage; implement cost control measures
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports on sales, labor, and stock variance
- Execute local store marketing initiatives and upselling strategies
Requirements
- 3 5 years as Restaurant Manager in UAE/GCC, casual or QSR dining preferred
- Bachelor’s in Hospitality Management or related field is a plus
- Strong leadership, P&L management, inventory control, POS systems knowledge
- HACCP Level 3, PIC certification, Basic Food Hygiene required
- Fluent English required; Hindi is an advantage
- Guest obsessed, hands on, able to work weekends/holidays, valid UAE driving license a plus
