- Handle POS/billing counter efficiently.
- Tally money in cash till during beginning/end of shifts.
- Contribute to inventory management and assist in periodic stock counts.
- Achieve and exceed sales individual targets.
- Issue receipts/refunds/change correctly.
- Process payments by cash/credit cards/vouchers/automatic debits.
- Ensure awareness and vigilance of security in the store.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3 5 years of previous experience in a sales role is preferred.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be presentable and well groomed at all times.
- Flexible to work extended hours during sale periods.

Position Objective
- The position is responsible to represent the brand by maximizing and contributing to the sales within the store through exceptional customer service and retail experience in addition to performing various operational duties assigned by the store manager or assistant store manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet the customers and assist them in selecting the right product.
- Convert the window shoppers to ultimate buyers.
- Promote the Club Apparel Loyalty Program of the company for repeat sales.
- Be a role model for other Sales Associates in terms of Sales Achievement and Service.
- Educate customers about product features, advantage, benefits, materials, and care instructions.
- Maintain a strong knowledge of the product inventory and promotions to effectively communicate with customers.
- Serve Customers with the highest standards and follow the company guideline of selling (GUEST – Greet, Understand, Explain, Sell, Thank).
- Must be updated about the various brands of the group for suggestive selling to the customers.
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to entry level sales associates.
- Become Buddies to newly joined team in the store.
- Track completion of learning programs for all in the store.
- Lead by example, demonstrate excellent customer service and sales techniques.
Additional Duties
- Assist in overseeing daily operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Monitor entry level sales associates, providing constructive feedback to enhance sales techniques.
- Collaborate with the store manager to implement and enforce company policies.
- Ensure all stock is laid out and displayed in order to attract customers and as per standard layout norms.
- Ensure all VM guidelines are followed and all Stock Norms on clearance are maintained.
- Record the inventory inward/outward and maintain the report of the same.
- Handle the POS (Point of Sale) / Billing Counter efficiently. Have access to SIOCS, Zebra, Petty Cash etc.
- Tally money in the cash till during the beginning/end of the shifts.
- Contribute to inventory management and assist in periodic stock counts.
- Achieve and exceed sales individual targets by actively engaging with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Issue receipts/refunds/change to the customers correctly.
- Stay informed about the latest fashion trends, designers, and brands carried by the store.
Desired Qualification
- The ideal Senior Sales Associate in a retail company should have a bachelors degree with effective communication and interpersonal skills in order to contribute to a welcoming customer experience. A minimum of 3 5 years of previous experience in a sales role is preferred.
