Responsibilities
- Capture and produce high end, editorial style photo and video content reflecting luxury brand positioning
- Support real time content capture for events, activations, and VIP visits
- Edit and deliver platform optimized content (short form, long form, stills) with fast turnaround
- Collaborate with Marketing, PR, and Operations to conceptualize and execute content for campaigns
- Create platform native, performance driven content tailored to Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, and YouTube
- Manage and maintain a structured digital asset library
- Stay ahead of content trends, platform updates, and emerging formats
Requirements
- Proven experience as a photographer/videographer within luxury hospitality, lifestyle, or premium brands
- Strong portfolio demonstrating both photography and videography with luxury aesthetics
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop, After Effects)
- Strong technical understanding of lighting, composition, framing, and visual storytelling
- Hands on experience creating content for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube)
- Proficiency in leveraging AI tools for content creation and editing
- Ability to manage multiple shoots and deadlines in a fast paced environment
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and during key events

About The Role
- We are seeking a highly creative and detail oriented Visual Content Creator to join our Marketing team at a luxury 5 star hotel
- This role is responsible for producing high quality visual content that reflects the brand’s elegance, enhances guest engagement, and supports marketing campaigns across digital and offline platforms
Key Responsibilities
- Capture and produce high end, editorial style photo and video content that reflects the luxury positioning of the brand
- Support real time content capture for events, activations, and VIP visits when required
- Edit and deliver platform optimized content (short form, long form, and stills) with fast turnaround times
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, PR, and Operations to conceptualize and execute content
- Work closely with paid media teams to create content optimized for advertising performance
- Own end to end production of shoots, including concept development, shot lists, styling, lighting, talent direction, and on site execution
- Create platform native, performance driven content tailored to Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, and YouTube
- Manage and maintain a structured digital asset library
- Ensure all visual output consistently reflects the brand’s visual identity, tone of voice, and luxury standards
- Stay ahead of content trends, platform updates, and emerging formats
Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience as a photographer/videographer within luxury hospitality, lifestyle, or premium brands
- Strong, well curated portfolio demonstrating both photography and videography
- Ability to take direction while also contributing creative ideas
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop, After Effects)
- Strong technical understanding of lighting, composition, framing, and visual storytelling
- Strong organizational skills, including file management and structured content delivery
- Hands on experience creating content for social media platforms
- Proficiency in leveraging AI tools to support content creation, editing, and ideation
- Ability to manage multiple shoots and deadlines in a fast paced environment
- Exceptional attention to detail, with a proactive and solutions driven creative mindset
