Responsibilities
- Supervise and engage children in a variety of fun, age appropriate activities and games
- Plan, organize, and lead creative, educational, and recreational programs for kids
- Ensure a safe and welcoming environment, monitoring behavior and well being of all guests in Kids Club areas
- Foster positive interactions, creating an enjoyable and memorable experience for young guests
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians, providing updates on activities and addressing concerns
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of Kids Club areas
- Ensure all safety and emergency protocols are followed
- Assist with organizing special events or themed parties for children and teens
- Provide excellent customer service, upholding the hotel’s reputation for luxury and quality service
Requirements
- Prior experience working with children in a recreational, childcare, or hospitality setting (preferred, especially in a resort or luxury hotel)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Energetic, creative, and passionate about creating memorable experiences for young guests
- Ability to remain calm and organized in a fast paced environment
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evening shifts
