Role Overview
Manage and coordinate the complete patient journey for VIP clients.
Provide a seamless, personalized, and discreet healthcare experience.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate appointments, consultations, diagnostic procedures, admissions, and follow-up visits.
- Coordinate closely with physicians, nurses, hospital departments, administration, and other healthcare professionals.
- Monitor the overall VIP patient journey and identify opportunities to improve the patient experience.
- Ensure compliance with patient privacy, confidentiality, safety, and quality policies.
Requirements
- UAE healthcare experience is mandatory.
- Previous experience in patient coordination, healthcare, hospitality, or concierge services.
- Ability to handle VIP patients and their representatives with confidence and professionalism.
- Fluent in Arabic.
- Knowledge of UAE healthcare practices and systems.
