Role Overview
Join a healthcare contact center team as an Arabic-speaking Call Center Agent.
The role provides patient and customer support in a professional, empathetic, and patient-focused manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from patients and customers in Arabic and English as required.
- Schedule, confirm, reschedule, and cancel patient appointments.
- Respond to inquiries about healthcare services, appointments, clinics, and general information.
- Meet call center KPIs covering call quality, response time, customer satisfaction, and productivity.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a healthcare call center or healthcare customer service role is mandatory.
- Strong Arabic communication skills are required in verbal and written communication.
- Good command of English is preferred.
- Excellent telephone etiquette and customer service skills are required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with hospital, clinic, medical center, or healthcare group call centers is preferred.
