About the Role

Responsibilities
- Provide IT support to VIP users and executive leadership
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and mobility related issues
- Support Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, mobile devices, and collaboration platforms
- Manage user accounts, access permissions, MFA, and identity management
- Handle executive onboarding and offboarding activities
- Coordinate with L2/L3 support teams and vendors for issue resolution
- Maintain SLA compliance and provide timely communication on ticket status
- Support meeting rooms, video conferencing systems, and executive events
- Perform device provisioning, software installations, and patch management
- Document incidents, resolutions, and technical procedures
Requirements
- 3–8 years of experience in End User Computing and VIP/Executive Support
- Strong experience in Microsoft 365 Administration (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint)
- Active Directory / Azure AD / Entra ID knowledge
- Windows and macOS troubleshooting skills
- Mobile device management (iOS and Android)
- ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools experience
- Hardware, printer, and network troubleshooting
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Arabic and English fluency preferred

Preferred Qualifications
- ITIL Foundation Certification.
- Experience supporting C level executives.
- Knowledge of Intune, SCCM, or endpoint management tools.
- Experience with meeting room and AV support.
Language Requirements
- Arabic and English fluency preferred (business requirement if supporting Arabic speaking executives).
