Requirements
- Degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation, or related field
- 3 years of working experience in automotive industry
- Strong hands on experience with Siemens PLCs (Step7, TIA Portal)
- Experience with WinCC HMI/SCADA systems
- Solid background in electronics, electrical systems, and industrial control
- Knowledge of motors, VFDs, soft starters, and related components
- Understanding of hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems
- Experience in automotive stamping processes (presses, transfer systems, feeders, etc.)
- Ability to read and interpret electrical, mechanical, and control schematics
- Experience with KUKA robots (operation, programming, or troubleshooting)
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing tools (Kaizen, SMED, TPM, etc.)
- Experience leading equipment improvement or optimization projects

Overview
