Responsibilities
- Deliver food, beverages, and guest amenities promptly and accurately to beach guests
- Assist guests with setting up sunbeds, umbrellas, towels, and other beach equipment
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the beach area
- Ensure all guest requests are attended to promptly and professionally
- Support Food & Beverage team by coordinating with kitchen and bar for timely delivery
- Monitor beach inventory and report shortages to supervisor
- Collect used service items and waste from beach area
- Observe and report maintenance issues or safety hazards
- Maintain professional appearance and positive attitude
- Comply with hotel policies, hygiene standards, and health and safety regulations
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress, preferably in fine dining or luxury hospitality
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Proficiency in English
- Food Safety and Hygiene certifications
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and carry heavy trays

Job Description
- Deliver food, beverages, and guest amenities promptly and accurately to beach guests.

- Collect used service items, glassware, and waste from beach area.
- Observe and report maintenance issues or safety hazards.
- Maintain professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Comply with hotel policies, hygiene standards, and health and safety regulations.
- Assist colleagues during busy periods and perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress, preferably in fine dining or luxury hospitality.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Team oriented with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining service quality.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Food Safety and Hygiene certifications.
- Knowledge of wine and food pairing principles.
- Excellent memory and attention to detail.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and carry heavy trays.
- Experience in handling high value transactions and maintaining discretion.
- Previous experience in hospitality, Food & Beverage, or beach/pool operations is an advantage.
