3-5 years' professional experience in videography, video production or a related creative role.

A degree or relevant qualification in Film Production, Multimedia, Media Arts.

Proven experience producing high quality content ranging from curated to fast-turnaround organic social to longer form content. Experience in advertising creatives is a plus.

Hands-on experience operating camera equipment.

Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.

Working knowledge of Adobe After Effects, including basic motion graphics and animation.

Understanding of cinematography, lighting, audio capture and post-production workflows.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while consistently meeting tight deadlines.

Storytelling and visual communication.

Creative problem-solving skills.

Organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

A proactive approach to continuous improvement, always looking for ways to streamline workflows and increase content output.
