JR Real Estate LLC is hiring a Videographer and Video Editor for real estate marketing content.
The role covers property tours, promotional reels, listing videos, and other high-quality video content.
Key Responsibilities
- Shoot property interiors, exteriors, and surrounding amenities.
- Edit real estate videos using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
- Generate AI-based captions and subtitles for video content.
- Apply motion graphics, transitions, color grading, and sound design.
- Maintain consistent branding, style, and quality across video output.
- Coordinate with marketing and sales teams on content needs and timelines.
- Travel to property and project sites for shoots as required.
- Manage cameras, gimbals, drones, audio gear, and other equipment.
- Deliver videos on time for social media, listings, and marketing campaigns.
- Keep current with real estate video trends and AI editing tools.
Key Skills and Competencies
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
- Experience using AI tools to generate captions and subtitles.
- Videography and cinematography skills covering framing, lighting, and camera operation.
- Creative storytelling tailored to real estate and property marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong time management for multiple shoots and deadlines.
Qualifications and Experience
- Proven videographer and video editor experience, preferably in real estate.
- A strong portfolio or reel showing real estate or property-related video work.
- A valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
- Fluent English is required.
Workplace and Reporting
- The work location is in person in Dubai, UAE.
- The role reports to the Marketing Head.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 3,000 to AED 4,000 per month.
