The role focuses on client acquisition, revenue growth, sales targets, and deal closures across the fit-out and joinery sector.
About the Company
Joga Ram Group delivers interior solutions across residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive business development initiatives, generate leads, and expand market share.
- Develop and grow a portfolio of UAE clients.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through deal closure.
- Build long-term client relationships and support repeat business.
- Coordinate with design, projects, and operations teams on proposals.
- Prepare quotations, commercial proposals, and contracts.
- Represent the company in client meetings, site visits, and industry engagements.
Requirements
- Four to five years of business development or sales experience in the UAE.
- Experience in fit-out, interior joinery, or construction and interiors is preferred.
- Ability to manage client relationships independently and close high-value deals.
- An existing UAE fit-out and interiors client network is strongly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong client management and interpersonal skills.
Workplace and Compensation
- The role is performed in person.
- Pay is AED 6,000 to AED 8,000 per month.
