Role Purpose

  • The Videographer is responsible for capturing, editing, and producing high quality video content for digital, broadcast, and social media platforms.
  • The role ensures content is visually compelling, aligns with creative vision, and meets production standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate cameras, lighting, and audio equipment for video shoots.
  • Capture high quality video content for projects, events, and campaigns.
  • Ensure footage meets technical and creative standards.
  • Edit video content, including cutting, color grading, and sound mixing.
  • Add graphics, titles, and effects as required.
  • Ensure final video output aligns with creative vision and brand guidelines.
  • Work closely with producers, content creators, and creative teams.
  • Contribute ideas for storytelling, shot composition, and visual style.
  • Align video content with project objectives and audience needs.
  • Maintain cameras, lenses, and other production equipment.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues during shoots and post production.
  • Stay updated on video production trends, tools, and techniques.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Film, Media, Communications, or related field.
  • 2 5 years of experience in videography or video production.
  • Strong portfolio of video work demonstrating technical and creative skills.
  • Experience with video editing software (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
  • Proficiency in camera operation, lighting, and sound.
  • Advanced video editing and post production skills.
  • Creativity, visual storytelling, and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Problem solving and time management abilities.

  • Quality, creativity, and timeliness of video output.
  • Alignment of videos with project objectives and brand guidelines.
  • Audience engagement and feedback.
