Job Overview

  • We are seeking a dedicated and strategic Performance Manager People & Culture to lead and enhance the performance management processes within Visioneers.
  • This role is pivotal in fostering a high performance culture that aligns with the organization's values and business objectives.
  • You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing performance appraisal systems, employee development initiatives, and engagement programs that drive productivity and employee satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective performance management frameworks and tools aligned with corporate goals
  • Collaborate with leadership and HR teams to set clear performance expectations and measurable objectives
  • Lead regular performance review cycles, ensuring timely feedback and development discussions
  • Identify training and development needs based on performance data and employee feedback
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive organizational culture
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics to inform talent and succession planning
  • Provide coaching and support to managers and employees to improve performance and resolve issues
  • Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and internal policies

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
  • 8+ years of experience in performance management, talent development, or HR generalist roles
  • Proven track record in managing performance appraisal systems and employee development programs
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and performance management tools
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coaching skills
  • Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights
  • Experience with HRIS and performance management software is a plus
