Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in performance management, talent development, or HR generalist roles
- Proven track record in managing performance appraisal systems and employee development programs
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and performance management tools
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coaching skills
- Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights
- Experience with HRIS and performance management software is a plus
