- Plan, shoot, and edit high quality video content showcasing properties, brand stories, client testimonials, and company events
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to understand creative briefs
- Scout locations, prepare equipment, and capture compelling footage highlighting property features and lifestyle elements
- Set up lighting and audio, manage video files, and edit footage into polished deliverables
- Add graphics or basic motion elements and optimize content for social media and other platforms
- Maintain equipment and organize video archives
- Ensure all content aligns with brand standards and marketing objectives
Requirements
- Strong video production skills including planning, storyboarding, and editing end to end projects
- Proficiency in camera operation and handling various camera systems and accessories
- Experience with lighting setups and techniques for indoor and outdoor real estate shoots
- Proven ability in shooting video including framing, composition, and smooth camera movements
- Familiarity with professional editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar)
- Understanding of social media video formats and best practices for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to handle multiple projects in a fast paced environment
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Previous experience in real estate, architecture, lifestyle, or commercial videography is an advantage
- Relevant education or training in film, media production, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience
