Requirements
- Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
- Hands on experience in HR Operations including record keeping and HRIS tools
- Practical knowledge of Employee Relations
- Experience developing and implementing HR Policies
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Familiarity with UAE labor laws is highly preferred
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Role Description
