Overview
- Classic Paramount Real Estate is fastest growing Real Estate Company in Dubai.
- We are looking for an experienced Real Estate Agent who can join our secondary sales and leasing team immediately.
Requirements
- Applicants must have a minimum of 1 years of experience in Sales / Rent in Real Estate in Dubai.
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills.
- To generate and increase client’s portfolio via networking and prospecting.
- Be up to date with Real Estate market trends and be familiar with the current pricing for rental as well as sale value of property in a specialist area.
- Cooperate with numbers of property network and develop database of prospective clients through developer’s agents, developer’s handover department agent, real estate agent’s, contractors, and other related channels.
- Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills.
