Overview

  • Classic Paramount Real Estate is growing and require a Administrative Assistant Receptionist proficient in managing leads and listings simultaneously, providing excellent support to the sales staff who are primarily on the move. The ideal candidate would need to be vigilant and well versed with tech

Responsibilities

  • Managing Listings on Online Portals.
  • Should be well versed with Agent to Agent Forms.
  • Coordination with Sales Team to Manage Properties Ads.
  • Managing day to day operations of leads and listings on CRM.
  • Support in office paperwork and compliance.
  • Follow up calls with clients and sales staff.
  • Arranging Viewings with sales team (if required).
  • Managing fallback calls and fetching requirements.
  • Assisting filing and organizing data and information for agents.
  • Drafting tenancy contracts, Ejari and MOU’s.
  • Maintaining records of the signed off forms and applications.
  • Assisting forms and applications.

Eligibility

  • Well versed with real estate tools.
  • Vigilant in communication and messaging.
  • Minimum bachelor’s degree.
  • Prior experience in real estate or similar industry preferred.
  • Preferably on Husband/Father/ Mother sponsorship.
