Role Overview
Produce high-quality and engaging video content that reflects the company brand identity and supports marketing objectives.
Manage the complete video production process from planning and filming through editing, post-production, and final delivery.
Responsibilities
- Shoot videos for real estate properties, projects, company activities, events, campaigns, and other occasions.
- Use professional cameras and equipment, including lighting, audio equipment, gimbals, and related production tools.
- Create property videos that showcase interiors, exteriors, features, and amenities.
- Create short-form content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
- Edit footage from raw files through final delivery of professional-quality videos.
- Add visual effects, text, subtitles, music, sound effects, logos, and other required elements.
- Perform color correction, color grading, and basic audio enhancement.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Social Media, and Listing teams.
- Develop video concepts and creative ideas for marketing campaigns.
- Apply relevant video production and social media trends to company content.
- Organize footage, project files, and other video assets professionally.
- Meet deadlines, complete revisions, follow visual identity standards, and maintain equipment.
