Role overview
The Technology team is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to analyze business requirements, system functionality, workflows, and integrations across digital platforms.
The analyst will bridge business stakeholders, developers, QA, and technical teams by documenting requirements and translating them into practical system solutions.
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements.
- Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Analyze systems, modules, workflows, and business processes.
- Identify system gaps, issues, dependencies, and improvement opportunities.
- Create process flows, current-state and future-state workflows, and system diagrams.
- Analyze APIs, integrations, webhooks, and data flows.
- Work with developers and QA teams to clarify requirements and resolve issues.
- Prepare and support UAT scenarios and functional testing.
- Analyze CRM, PBX, WhatsApp, HRMS, portals, websites, and mobile applications.
- Maintain system and process documentation.
- Coordinate with business and technical teams throughout development.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
