- 6+ years in technology leadership positions
- Been part of large AI / digital / product transformations
- Managed a large team of Data Scientists & Engineers both locally and across geographies
- Executive stakeholder engagement
- Track record in building AI teams or digital units
- Proven background in AI in same or similar industry
- Experience with modern AI & Data platforms and technologies
