The Opportunity

  • Reporting into the Chief of Staff, this role is responsible for supporting the CEO Office in its business management and strategic initiatives.
  • This position will play a crucial role in gathering and analyzing information to inform strategic decision making, improve operation efficiency, and drive business growth.
  • The Analyst is a highly analytical problem solver with advanced communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

You Will

  • Manage weekly and monthly team meetings, including the development of agenda and materials in conjunction with business leaders.
  • Support annual corporate activities such as annual strategic planning and offsite.
  • Support the Chief of Staff in creating critical communications and correspondence.
  • Prepare materials and presentations to senior leadership including the CEO and Board of Directors.
  • Work closely with business unit leaders to ensure cohesive storytelling in executive communications.
  • Lead primary and secondary research; support thought leadership initiatives.
  • Support the development and implementation of a target operating model to drive operational efficiency.
  • Liaise with Operations, Merchandising, and Function groups to manage and execute cross platform initiatives.
  • Work closely with various departments to assess existing processes, identify bottlenecks, and recommend improvements.
  • Conduct research on emerging industry trends, including artificial intelligence, and provide recommendations.
  • Represent CEO Office in external events, including government relations and community outreach initiatives.
  • Lead and support strategic initiatives and special projects as determined by the Chief of Staff.

You Should Have / Be

  • Undergraduate degree.
  • Advanced expertise in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
  • Strong problem solving abilities, with a track record of effectively identifying and addressing challenges.
  • Detail oriented with solid analytical skills and ability to synthesize data from multiple sources.
  • Experience leading strategic initiatives end to end.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external partners in a global environment.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, including experience managing multiple information requests, stakeholders, and data consolidation.
  • Energetic, self motivated and able to perform under pressure.
  • Ability to effectively manage competing timelines and priorities for multiple teams and across different time zones.
  • Knowledge of Chinese language an asset.
