Company Overview

  • The Company is recruiting a Talent Acquisition Admin on a temporary basis to strengthen its Human Resources function.

Functional Responsibilities

  • Source, screen and shortlist candidates through multiple channels including job boards, professional networks and recruitment agencies
  • Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability and cultural fit
  • Liaise with hiring managers to understand role requirements, competencies and timelines
  • Manage recruitment campaigns and job postings across digital platforms
  • Coordinate background verification, reference checks and employment documentation in compliance with UAE labour regulations
  • Support candidate onboarding and ensure a positive first experience with the organisation
  • Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reporting on pipeline, conversion and time to hire
  • Maintain accurate and confidential recruitment records within HRIS system

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • Proven experience of at least 2–3 years in talent acquisition, recruitment or HR support role
  • Demonstrated knowledge of UAE labour law, visa sponsorship requirements and local recruitment practices
  • Proficiency in using recruitment platforms, HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
