- Prepare and present pitch books, information memoranda, term sheets, and transaction documentation to client and Investment Committee standard
- Contribute to sector strategy and support cross border deal flow across regional and international offices
- Ensure full compliance with ADGM FSMR and FSRA regulatory requirements across all transaction activity
Requirements
- 7 to 10 years of progressive investment banking experience from a reputable investment bank, boutique advisory firm, or diversified financial institution
- Demonstrable track record of taking transactions from origination through to close
- Prior exposure to an ADGM, DFSA, FCA, or equivalent regulated environment
- Strong technical skills across DCF, LBO, comparable company analysis, and transaction structuring
- MBA or CFA designation
- ADGM Approved Person status or ability to obtain it

The Opportunity
- A well capitalised and growth oriented investment banking platform, operating within the ADGM regulatory framework, is seeking a Vice President to join its Investment Banking division.
- This is a senior commercial hire for a firm with an active mandate pipeline and cross border reach across the UAE, KSA, UK, US, and Asia.
- The VP will be working directly alongside senior leadership and contributing to the commercial direction of the IB platform.
The Role
- You will take a lead role across the full deal lifecycle, covering advisory, M&A, joint ventures, market entry, and private placements.
- Managing and converting an active pipeline of mandates across target sectors and geographies.
- Preparing and presenting pitch books, information memoranda, term sheets, and transaction documentation to client and Investment Committee standard.
- Contributing to sector strategy and supporting cross border deal flow across regional and international offices.
- Ensuring full compliance with ADGM FSMR and FSRA regulatory requirements across all transaction activity.
The Person
- You will bring 7 to 10 years of progressive investment banking experience from a reputable investment bank, boutique advisory firm, or diversified financial institution, with a demonstrable track record of taking transactions from origination through to close.
- Prior exposure to an ADGM, DFSA, FCA, or equivalent regulated environment.
- Strong technical skills across DCF, LBO, comparable company analysis, and transaction structuring.
- MBA or CFA designation. ADGM Approved Person status or the clear ability to obtain it.
