About the Role
Our fintech client is looking for a Merchant Acquisition Specialist to build and grow the merchant partner network from scratch. You'll own the full acquisition cycle, from identifying and pitching prospective partners through to onboarding and driving post-launch engagement.

- Identify, pitch and onboard merchants onto the platform, managing the full cycle from outreach to go live
- Negotiate commercial terms and structure partnerships that work for both sides
- Work closely with internal product and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding
- Stay engaged with partners post launch to optimise performance and drive transaction volume
- Build a strong pipeline through market research, networking and proactive outreach
- Represent the business professionally with merchants, acting as an ambassador for the brand in a regulated environment
Requirements
- 1 to 3 years' experience in merchant acquisition, business development or partnerships, ideally within fintech, payments, BNPL or e commerce
- Proven track record of building relationships and closing partnerships in a fast paced, target driven environment
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Self starter mentality, energised by building something new
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or a related field
- UAE market knowledge and existing merchant or industry relationships are a strong advantage

The Role
- Our fintech client is looking for a Merchant Acquisition Specialist to build and grow the merchant partner network from scratch.

- This is a foundational hire: you'll shape how the business approaches the market and see the direct impact of your work as it scales.
What You'll Do
