- Write, edit and refine marketing copy across app content, website, social media and campaign materials
- Review and localise content produced by other team members or agencies
- Translate marketing and product content ensuring messaging retains meaning and resonance
- Support PR function on local market outreach including media, influencer and community relationships
- Coordinate translation and cultural review of press materials
- Identify culturally relevant PR angles and local market opportunities
- Accompany and support the Founder in meetings with local stakeholders and partners
- Act as a cultural reference point for marketing and product teams
Requirements
- 2 5 years working experience in PR or a related field
- Comfortable representing the company in stakeholder and community settings
- Strong attention to detail and cultural sensitivity in messaging
- Start up or fintech experience advantageous but not required

About Our Client
- Our client is an ADGM regulated fintech startup building a consumer product for the UAE market.
- Backed by a strong founding team and moving toward regulatory licensing, they are building out their founding commercial and marketing function ahead of launch.
The Role
- Our client is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to bring an authentic Emirati voice to their product, brand and audience.
- This is a high visibility role for strong bilingual copywriting skills, working directly with the Founder.
Key Responsibilities
- Write, edit and refine marketing copy across app content, website, social media and campaign materials.
- Review and localise content produced by other team members or agencies.
- Translate marketing and product content, ensuring messaging retains meaning and resonance.
- Support app copy, notifications and customer facing communications.
- Support the PR function on local market outreach, including local media, influencer and community relationships.
- Coordinate translation and cultural review of press materials intended for local audiences.
- Identify culturally relevant PR angles and local market opportunities.
- Accompany and support the Founder in meetings with local stakeholders and partners.
- Assist with preparation of materials for local market meetings and presentations.
- Act as a cultural reference point for marketing and product teams.
- Provide input on product naming, positioning and campaign concepts from a local audience lens.
Requirements
- Professional with 2 5 years working experience in PR or a related field (start up or fintech experience advantageous but not required).
- Comfortable representing the company in stakeholder and community settings.
- Strong attention to detail and cultural sensitivity in messaging.
