- Generate and qualify B2B leads across target partner categories
- Build and manage a sales pipeline, from first outreach through to signed agreement
- Prepare commercial proposals and negotiate partnership terms
- Research the market and track competitor activity to sharpen targeting
- Work closely with product, marketing and operations to ensure smooth partner onboarding
- Represent the company in client meetings and business development initiatives
- Work with the Founder on strategic execution
Requirements
- 2 to 5 years' experience in business development, lead generation, or B2B sales
- A track record of building a pipeline from scratch and closing deals
- Strong commercial instincts and confident negotiation skills
- Comfortable and credible in client facing settings
- UAE market experience essential
- Bachelor's degree required

Role Overview
- Our client, an ADGM regulated fintech startup, is building out its B2B partner network to power a new rewards proposition for its customers.
- They are looking for a Business Development Executive to drive lead generation and B2B sales and help build the partnerships pipeline from the ground up as a founding member of the commercial team.
What you'll do
- Generate and qualify B2B leads across target partner categories
- Build and manage a sales pipeline, from first outreach through to signed agreement
- Prepare commercial proposals and negotiate partnership terms
- Research the market and track competitor activity to sharpen targeting
- Work closely with product, marketing and operations to ensure smooth partner onboarding
