We are partnering with a global, technology-led financial services organization operating at the intersection of trading, data, and advanced engineering.
The business runs on a deeply embedded AI-driven operating model where hiring, performance, and decision-making are powered by real-time systems.
This is a high-performance, agile environment built for speed, scale, and precision.
HR is expected to operate at the same level.
The Opportunity
HR is embedded directly within the business, with clear ownership of outcomes.
You will lead a team of Senior HR Leads aligned to business functions, each operating as a mini-CHRO, supported by Talent Partners driving execution.
This is a hands-on leadership role with direct accountability for hiring quality, performance, retention, and career outcomes across a 1,000+ employee base.
The role is positioned as a strong successor track to CHRO.
What You’ll Own
- Lead and build a high-performing HRBP team with clear accountability
- Drive the people agenda across functions in line with business growth
- Own organisation design and workforce strategy
- Ensure high hiring quality and strong talent decisions
- Run performance management in practice including calibrations, PIPs, promotions, succession
- Maintain internal equity and clear career progression across functions
- Oversee employee relations with sound judgment on complex cases
- Drive retention and engagement using data and AI-driven insights
What We’re Looking For
- 18+ years in HR, with strong experience leading HRBP at scale
- Background in technology, fintech, or high-growth product-led environments
- Proven track record of hands-on execution including performance management and tough people decisions
- Experience building and leading strong HR teams with high standards
- Strong business acumen and ability to partner closely with senior leadership
- Comfortable working in AI-led environments and leveraging data in decision-making
- Mature leadership profile with potential to step into a CHRO role
Work Structure
- Full-time, office-based role in Dubai
- Occasional international travel required

- You prefer managing upwards over driving outcomes
- Your experience is limited to process design without owning decisions
- You are more comfortable in stable environments than in fast-evolving setups
