Responsibilities
- Lead and support execution of transactions including origination, due diligence, and closing
- Assist in executing deals across syndications, transaction banking, trade finance, loan capital markets
- Prepare and supervise credit applications and financial analysis
- Lead deal teams and manage transaction processes
- Develop marketing materials and conduct client presentations
- Engage in customer facing activities including KYC, DD, and relationship management
- Coordinate with internal departments across regions for seamless execution
- Support strategic initiatives and business development efforts
Requirements
- 7 10 years of experience within a similar role at a well known bank in UAE
- Extensive execution experience across syndications, transaction banking, trade finance, loan capital markets
- University degree (minimum undergraduate level)
- Strong analytical and financial modelling skills
- Proven leadership in managing deals and mentoring junior staff
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work across diverse teams
- Multilingual capabilities are a plus
