- Drive platform consolidation, standardisation, and reuse across business units
- Own definition, governance, and execution of product and platform roadmaps
- Define and execute the Group AI strategy across enterprise platforms
- Own strategy, operation and transformation of ERP platforms (Oracle) and adjacent systems
- Define and lead Group wide integration strategy (APIs, middleware, event driven architecture)
- Lead strategy and delivery of Group IT digital product platforms
- Define and implement service orchestration capabilities (ServiceNow)
- Establish best in class engineering practices (DevSecOps, CI/CD, agile delivery)
Requirements
- 12–15+ years in large scale enterprise technology delivery and operations
- 8–10+ years in senior leadership roles managing large engineering and product organisations
- Proven experience leading enterprise wide transformation programmes
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or related field
- Master’s Degree (MBA or MSc) strongly preferred
- PMP / PRINCE2 certification
- ITIL v4 certification
- TOGAF or Enterprise Architecture certifications
- Agile / SAFe certifications

Role Overview
- Vice President – Digital Engineering within the Information Technology Department at Dubai Holding Corporate.
- Defining and executing the Group wide Digital Engineering and Platform Strategy, with direct accountability for the design, build, and scaling of enterprise technology capabilities across AI, ERP platforms, Integration Services, Digital Products, and Service Orchestration.
- The role ensures that enterprise technology platforms are strategically aligned with Dubai Holding’s business priorities, enabling scalable growth, operational efficiency, and differentiated customer experiences.
Key Accountabilities
- Define and own the enterprise wide Digital Engineering strategy aligned to Group and vertical priorities.
- Establish strategic direction across core domains: AI & Data Platforms, ERP & Enterprise Systems, Integration & APIs, Digital Products, Service Orchestration.
- Drive platform consolidation, standardisation, and reuse across business units.
- Own definition, governance, and execution of product and platform roadmaps.
- Define and execute the Group AI strategy across enterprise platforms.
- Own strategy, operation and transformation of ERP platforms (Oracle) and adjacent systems.
- Define and lead Group wide integration strategy (APIs, middleware, event driven architecture).

Who we are looking for

- Experience in complex, multi entity organisations (real estate, hospitality, construction or similar sectors preferred).
Education/Professional Certification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or related field.
- Master’s Degree (MBA or MSc) strongly preferred.
- PMP / PRINCE2.
- ITIL v4.
- TOGAF or Enterprise Architecture certifications.
- Agile / SAFe certifications.
Technical Competencies

- Deep expertise across AI & Data Platforms (Foundry, MS Fabric, MLOPs), ERP Systems (Oracle), Integration Architecture (APIs, middleware, event driven systems), Digital Product Platforms (Webflow/Acquia), Service orchestration and platform operating models (ServiceNow).
- Experience blockchain infrastructure, smart contracts, and tokenisation frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of cloud native architectures, microservices, and DevSecOps.
- Ability to define and execute multi domain enterprise platform strategies.
