- Lead, motivate, and develop Guest Operations Associates to achieve performance and service targets
- Support the Cinema Manager in ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Monitor operational, safety, and security standards to provide a safe environment for guests and colleagues
- Oversee cash handling, reporting, stock control, and operational audits to maintain business integrity
- Drive guest satisfaction by proactively resolving issues and enhancing the overall cinema experience
- Ensure facilities, equipment, and operational assets are maintained and functioning effectively
- Support promotional activities, alternative content events, and cinema programming requirements
- Utilize operational systems, including ticketing and reporting platforms, to monitor performance and operational efficiency
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and high performance team culture aligned with company values
Requirements
- High School Diploma; additional certification in Hospitality, Business, Retail or related field preferred
- Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in cinema, entertainment, hospitality, retail, or guest service industry
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Excellent customer service and guest engagement skills
- Experience managing operational procedures, cash handling, and shift based environments
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good problem solving and decision making abilities
- Excellent English language skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and operational systems

About the Job
- As a Supervisor – Guest Operations, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences while supporting the smooth day to day operations of Roxy Cinemas.
- You will lead frontline teams, oversee shift operations, ensure compliance with safety and operational standards, and support the Cinema Management team in achieving business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily cinema operations to deliver outstanding guest service and operational excellence.

Essential Requirements
- High School Diploma; additional certification or diploma in Hospitality, Business, Retail, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience within the cinema, entertainment, hospitality, retail, or guest service industry.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Excellent customer service and guest engagement skills.
- Experience managing operational procedures, cash handling, and shift based environments.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse teams.
- Good problem solving and decision making abilities in a fast paced environment.
- Excellent English language skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and operational systems.

- Previous experience within a premium cinema, entertainment, leisure, or hospitality environment.
- Knowledge of Vista ticketing systems or similar POS/ticketing platforms.
- Understanding of health, safety, and compliance standards.
- Experience supporting revenue generation, merchandising, and food & beverage operations.
- Ability to analyze operational performance and implement service improvement initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability to train, coach, and develop frontline teams.
