Responsibilities
- Lead delivery of Hotel Consultancy Services Agreements and Technical Services Agreements across multiple projects
- Manage regional Design & Technical Services team, departmental budget and P&L performance
- Partner with Global Brand Design, F&B, Wellness and other specialist teams
- Develop comprehensive project briefs including spatial planning, programming, and design direction
- Review and optimize layouts and space planning for new build and refurbishment projects
- Recommend, evaluate and approve external design consultants and project partners
- Guide design outcomes across architecture, interior design and related disciplines
- Coordinate integration of Ennismore standards, specifications and technical requirements
- Support development teams with feasibility reviews, area scheduling, budgeting, and design presentations
- Review and approve design documentation throughout project lifecycle
- Lead mock up review and approval processes
- Support projects through construction, testing, commissioning, defect inspections and handover
Requirements
- Experience leading design and technical services in hospitality development
- Proven ability to manage regional teams and departmental budgets
- Strong knowledge of architecture, interior design, and MEP systems
- Experience with project lifecycle from concept to opening
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Role Overview
- As VP, Design & Technical Services MEAIT, you will lead the design and technical development of our growing portfolio across the Middle East, Africa, India and Turkey.
- Ensure every project reflects the unique vision, creativity and operational excellence that define Ennismore.
- Oversee projects from concept through to opening, ensuring design integrity, brand compliance, commercial success and on time delivery.
What You'll Do
- Lead the delivery of Hotel Consultancy Services Agreements (HCSA) and Technical Services Agreements (TSA) across multiple development projects throughout the region.
- Manage the regional Design & Technical Services team, departmental budget and P&L performance.
- Partner with Global Brand Design, F&B, Wellness and other specialist teams to bring each brand's vision to life.
- Develop comprehensive project briefs, including spatial planning, programming, design direction and overall guest experience concepts.
- Review and optimise layouts and space planning for both new build and refurbishment projects to maximise operational efficiency and guest experience.
- Recommend, evaluate and approve external design consultants and project partners.
- Guide and influence design outcomes across architecture, interior design and related disciplines.
- Coordinate the integration of Ennismore standards, specifications and technical requirements, including construction, MEP, OS&E and specialist equipment.
- Support development teams with feasibility reviews, area scheduling, budgeting, property improvement plans and design presentations.
- Review and approve design documentation throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with brand, operational and technical standards.
- Lead mock up review and approval processes, providing recommendations on materials, workmanship and construction quality.
- Support projects through construction, testing, commissioning, defect inspections and final handover ahead of opening.
Additional Duties
- Partner closely with Operations to ensure annual opening targets are achieved.
- Manage project governance and approval processes with Global Brand Design and Ennismore leadership at key project milestones.
- Oversee fee collection and financial performance across the MEAIT D&TS function.
- Maintain accurate project records, reporting and documentation across all active developments.
- Build, mentor and inspire high performing regional D&TS teams.
- Carry out other duties as required by the Chief Growth Officer.
