- Lead the development and execution of ADNOC Group’s integrated procurement planning strategy, aligning commercial priorities with corporate objectives and business growth ambitions.
- Drive enterprise wide planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities across CAPEX and OPEX procurement programs to ensure efficient resource allocation and execution.
- Champion commercial transformation initiatives, automation, analytics, and process improvements to enhance procurement effectiveness and operational performance.
- Partner with senior stakeholders across ADNOC Group to strengthen governance, optimize planning outcomes, and maximize value through strategic procurement initiatives.
Requirements
- 18+ years of relevant experience in commercial strategy, procurement, supply chain, planning, or business management, including significant leadership responsibility
- Strong understanding of end to end supply chain and procurement operations, including contracts, purchasing, inventory management, planning, and performance management
- Proven ability to lead complex planning, budgeting, transformation, and stakeholder engagement initiatives within large and dynamic organizations
- Excellent analytical, communication, and influencing skills, with the ability to engage confidently with executive stakeholders and drive strategic decision making
- Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline
- Professional procurement certifications such as CIPS considered highly advantageous

Role Overview
