About the Role
ADNOC Group seeks a Reliability Engineer to provide technical expertise in reliability engineering, assessment, and monitoring. The role requires a Bachelor's in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering and 6 years of experience, preferably in oil & gas.

Responsibilities
- Conduct Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA), Asset Performance Management (APM) and Reliability Center Maintenance (RCM) studies
- Identify and apply appropriate maintenance strategies to minimize impact of failures on business performance
- Lead and participate in Brown Field/Green Field Engineering activities to improve reliability and optimize maintenance costs
- Focus on identification of equipment issues before they result in failures via predictive tools and reliability methods
- Maintain bad factor listing and reporting, research and provide technical advice for upgrading and refurbishment of mechanical equipment
- Review packages for new projects and recommend on equipment selection and redundancy
- Recommend necessary modification/replacement of equipment to overcome technical problems
- Assist operational sites to develop appropriate monitoring techniques
- Lead specific schemes/works allocated to Reliability Engineering in mechanical, electrical, instrumentation disciplines
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- 6 years of experience, preferably in the oil & gas industry

Job Purpose
- Provide technical expertise with experience based knowledge and assistance to technical and operational divisions on all related matters to reliability engineering, assessment and monitoring.
Job Specific Accountabilities

Minimum Qualification

- 6 years of experience, preferably in the oil & gas industry.
