- Lead the overall performance of the Middle East region, delivering safe, profitable, and sustainable operational results
- Provide strategic leadership across all regional operations, ensuring alignment with global business objectives
- Deliver regional financial performance, achieving budget, revenue, profitability, cash flow, and growth targets
- Develop and strengthen relationships with key customers, operators, EPC contractors, government authorities, and regulatory bodies
- Drive business development activities, supporting major pursuits, strategic tenders, and expansion into new markets
- Ensure highest standards of HSE, quality, governance, compliance, and operational risk management
- Partner with Business Line leaders to maximize collaboration, operational efficiency, and customer value
- Oversee regional facilities, logistics, operational infrastructure, and support functions
- Lead and develop regional leadership teams, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
- Champion workforce planning, succession planning, leadership development, and talent retention
- Represent EnerMech externally with customers, industry bodies, regulators, and government stakeholders
Requirements
- Degree qualified in Business, Engineering, Operations, or related discipline
- Minimum 15 years' senior leadership experience within energy, industrial services, engineering, or infrastructure sectors
- Demonstrated experience leading complex, multi country operations with full profit and loss accountability
- Strong commercial acumen with track record of delivering sustainable business growth and operational excellence
- Extensive experience managing major customer relationships, contract negotiations, and strategic business development
- Strong understanding of HSE leadership, operational governance, regulatory compliance, and risk management
- Experience working across the Middle East with understanding of regional business practices and legislative requirements
- Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams through organizational growth and change
- Outstanding leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills

Role Overview

- Develop and strengthen relationships with key customers, national and international operators, EPC contractors, government authorities, and regulatory bodies.
- Drive business development activities, supporting major pursuits, strategic tenders, and expansion into new markets and services.
- Ensure the highest standards of HSE, quality, governance, compliance, and operational risk management across all regional activities.
- Partner with Business Line leaders to maximise collaboration, operational efficiency, and customer value across integrated service offerings.
- Oversee regional facilities, logistics, operational infrastructure, and support functions to optimise performance and cost efficiency.

What We're Looking For
- Degree qualified in Business, Engineering, Operations, or a related discipline.
