Responsibilities
- Oversee the end to end procurement process for in scope areas across APAC & MEC region
- Ensure timely and cost effective procurement of materials, equipment, and services
- Develop and implement procurement policies, procedures, and best practices
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers
- Conduct supplier performance evaluations and implement improvement plans
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure favorable terms
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
- Monitor and analyze procurement expenditures to ensure budget adherence
- Develop and track KPIs to measure procurement effectiveness and cost savings
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to align procurement activities with business needs
- Support project teams by ensuring timely procurement of materials and services
- Identify and mitigate procurement related risks including supply chain disruptions
Requirements
- Experience in procurement and supply chain management
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills
- Ability to develop and implement procurement policies and procedures
- Experience with supplier performance evaluations and improvement plans
- Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards in procurement

Role Overview

Accountabilities
- Oversee the end to end procurement process for in scope areas.
- Ensure timely and cost effective procurement of materials, equipment, and services.

- Work closely with internal stakeholders to align procurement activities with business needs.
- Support project teams by ensuring timely procurement of materials and services for new projects and initiatives.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across departments to achieve common goals.
Responsibilities
- Manage ethics and risk mapping based on geographic footprint of operations.
- Provide procurement status reports (PSRs) to business line and project managers.
