Main Responsibilities & Key Result Areas
- Operate cranes safely and efficiently for various ad hoc projects as directed.
- Ensure all operations are conducted in compliance with safety regulations and client requirements.
- Carry out pre operational checks and inspections of crane equipment before use.
- Communicate effectively with crew members and site personnel.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Report any incidents, near misses, or equipment malfunctions immediately.
- Participate in safety briefings and contribute to a culture of safety.
- Adapt to different project requirements and locations as needed.
