Overview
We are currently seeking a dedicated and motivated **Veterinary Technician (UAE National)** to join our veterinary healthcare team in Dubai.
The ideal candidate will assist veterinarians in providing high-quality medical care, treatment, and support for animals while ensuring excellent patient care and clinic operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide daily husbandry care and welfare management for animals housed at CVRL facilities
- Operate and maintain the chicken house facility with strict biosecurity and hygiene protocols
- Support field veterinary activities including sample collection, health surveillance, and on-site assessment
- Administer medications and vaccinations as instructed by veterinarians
- Collect laboratory samples and assist with diagnostic testing
- Ensure proper handling, feeding, and care of animals
- Support infection control and clinic hygiene standards
- Assist veterinary staff with clinical procedures, data recording, and operational reporting
Qualifications & Requirements
- UAE National with Family Book
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Veterinary Technology, Animal Science, or related field
- Hands-on experience in animal husbandry or veterinary support roles
- Strong passion for animal care and welfare
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced veterinary environment
- Basic computer knowledge and documentation skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience in veterinary clinics or animal hospitals is an advantage
- Knowledge of laboratory procedures and animal handling
- Ability to remain calm and compassionate under pressure
- Pay: From AED1.00 per month
