Responsibilities
- Assist veterinarians during examinations, treatments, and surgical procedures
- Monitor and care for hospitalized patients, ensuring their comfort and recovery
- Administer medications, vaccinations, and treatments as prescribed by veterinarians
- Prepare animals and equipment for diagnostic and surgical procedures
- Collect and process laboratory samples for testing
- Monitor anesthesia and patient vital signs during procedures
- Maintain accurate medical records and treatment documentation
- Educate pet owners on animal care, nutrition, medication administration, and post treatment instructions
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and infection control standards are maintained throughout the facility
- Assist with inventory management and stocking of medical supplies and equipment
- Support emergency and critical care cases when required
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Veterinary Nursing, Veterinary Technology, Animal Health, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a veterinary clinic or hospital setting
- Knowledge of veterinary nursing practices, patient care, and anesthesia monitoring
- Experience handling small animals
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced environment
- Compassionate approach to animal care and client service
- Proficiency in maintaining accurate medical records
- Experience with large animals is an advantage

Join Our Team as a Veterinary Nurse
- We are seeking a compassionate, dedicated, and skilled Veterinary Nurse to join our veterinary healthcare team in Dubai.
- The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting veterinarians, providing high quality patient care, assisting with medical procedures, and ensuring the well being of animals.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist veterinarians during examinations, treatments, and surgical procedures.
- Monitor and care for hospitalized patients, ensuring their comfort and recovery.
